Our monthly Managers/Supervisors Meeting is a focused, action-oriented gathering designed to address operational issues and strategic planning. We use a tactical meeting format, with no pre-set agenda beyond brief updates from each department head. This allows us to identify and resolve pressing issues in real-time, ensuring our leadership team remains agile and responsive. We dedicate time to discussing progress on our strategic objectives and any personnel matters that require attention. This meeting is crucial for maintaining clear communication channels and fostering a cohesive leadership approach across all NLIS branches
Activities such as
storytelling, Oral tradition of Bahamian culture, media, reading games, puzzles, miming, music, dance and dramatic plays would be featured from 28th October to 4th November 2023.
